Welcome to Risen Mega Mart! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our website.
Risen Return & Exchange Guidelines
- These terms apply to all customers visiting our stores or using our online platform.
- Cash refunds are not available. Instead, buy another item in replace of it.
- Items purchased on promotion or sale, and categories like fresh, frozen, pharmacy, jewelry, crockery, cosmetics, undergarments, toys, and sprays, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items missing accessories, with unsealed packaging, or damaged cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Warranty for electronics is covered by the manufacturer or authorized distributor, not by Risen.
- Risen is not liable for any side effects or reactions from pharmacy items. Other terms and conditions may apply.

Most issues can be resolved via phone. Contact Risen customer service at +92340311-5555 from 10 AM to 6 PM or visit your nearest store. At Risen, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase, we provide a 7-day return and exchange policy, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.Return Requirements
- Original invoice is needed. No return, exchange, or repair will be processed without it.
- Returns for non-defective products are accepted within 7 days from the original invoice date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. This includes any seals, such as shrink-wrap, blister packing, bags, stickers, or labels across the opening of the box, which must remain unbroken.
- Risen reserves the right to amend policies and refuse out-of-warranty claims.
2.Refund Payment Terms
- For credit card purchases, a refund voucher will be issued with a 1.7% deduction.
- For debit card or cash payments, a full-value refund voucher will be issued.
- Credit notes or gift voucher payments will be refunded via the same method.
3.Non-Returnable Merchandise
- Installed items, used or unsellable merchandise, and health, beauty, or hygiene products cannot be returned.
- Products lacking standard manufacturer packaging or damaged by liquid are also non-returnable.
- Opened PC peripherals, software, and consumables are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Mobile phones accessories and cameras (unless defective) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable.
- Special order items and cut cables are non-refunda
4.Data Responsibility
- Risen is not responsible for any data on returned products. Ensure all personal information is removed before returning items.
5.Warranty Coverage
Manufacturer’s Warranty
- Warranty is provided by the manufacturer/brand/authorized distributor, not Risen.
- Follow the warranty card instructions for claims. For assistance, contact Risen at +92340-3115555
- Warranty coverage starts from the purchase date on the sales invoice.
- Accessories, batteries, and consumables are not covered.
- Warranty is void if the product is tampered with or opened by unauthorized personnel.
- Warranty applies only within Pakistan, unless stated otherwise.
6.Delivery & Installation Policy
Free Service
- Customer is responsible for the return of delivered products.
Exclusion
- Dismantling, additional accessories, and labor charges for extra services are not included.
- Ensure a responsible adult is present during delivery and that pathways are clear.
- Delivery is to the ground floor only; upper floors are the customer’s responsibility. Elevator use is facilitated without responsibility for damage.
Exclusion
- The delivery team will wait 10 minutes for contact. If no response is received, they will return and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
